Knowledge
Turn approved company knowledge into a governed conversation source.
CXRove is designed to connect reviewed knowledge to the agents that need it, keep source identity visible, and separate approved guidance from model memory or unverified content.
Direct answer
How does CXRove use company knowledge safely?
CXRove attaches reviewed organization-owned sources to the Agents that need them. Knowledge keeps an owner, source identity, version, audience, and withdrawal path so answers can be traced to approved material instead of model memory, copied content, or an unrestricted document search.
Version knowledge as it changes
Policies, products, prices, procedures, and legal wording change. A workflow should identify what version an agent used and prevent stale material from silently remaining active.
Keep retrieval inside tenant and agent authority
Relevant content from another organization or an unapproved source is still unsafe. Knowledge retrieval should be tenant-filtered and explicitly allowed for the active agent.
Prefer traceable answers over confident invention
Teams should distinguish source-backed guidance from uncertainty. High-impact or ambiguous topics need clarification or human review rather than a fabricated answer.
Knowledge evaluation checklist
- Who owns and reviews each source?
- How are tenant access and agent allowlists enforced?
- What happens when a source is deleted or superseded?
- Can the answer identify its supporting source and version?
- How are hidden instructions and prompt injection handled?
Common questions
Answers for a practical evaluation.
Does CXRove train a model on customer knowledge?
This page makes no training claim. The design uses governed retrieval from approved organization sources.
How should stale knowledge be handled?
Use source versions, review dates, replacement or withdrawal states, agent bindings, and tests that prove the active identity.
Can an agent use any document it can find?
No. The intended model requires organization ownership, explicit agent authorization, and a reviewed source lifecycle.
